How do I manage a sale and a buy at the same time?

Very good question, but not your problem once you hire me as your Realtor.  We become a team, making informed decisions together and now the day to day organization of form and time frames are put in my charge.  I must, in order to make my client happy and ultimately get paid, keep everything on track. You get to go about your daily chores and job with complete confidence that deadlines will be met and changes to the contract will be successfully negotiated keeping the close on the house you're selling in the morning and the close for the house you're buying in the afternoon.
